🧰 Minor Damage Repair Kit
Ideal for car bodies, plastic motorcycle parts, caravans, boats or model making.
📦 The kit contains:
🔹 Polyester resin
🔹 Hardener
🔹 Fiberglass fabric

📍 Surface preparation:
1️⃣ Thoroughly clean the damaged area from dust, grease, rust and paint
2️⃣ Roughen the surface with sandpaper for better adhesion
3️⃣ Dry completely before work
🧪 Mixing the components:
4️⃣ Mix the polyester resin with the required amount of hardener according to the instructions (usually ~2-3% hardener to the amount of resin)
⚠️ Mix only as much as you will use within 10-15 minutes – then it starts to harden!
🔧 Applying the fiberglass material:
5️⃣ Cut a suitable piece of fiberglass fabric to cover the damaged area
6️⃣ Apply the first layer of the mixture to the surface
7️⃣ Place the fabric on top and soak it with more resin until it sticks well
8️⃣ Repeat if necessary with several layers for greater strength
🕒 Drying and finishing:
9️⃣ Let it dry completely (about 30–60 minutes, depending on the temperature)
🔟 After complete hardening, you can sand, shape, prime and paint
⚠️ Warning:
Work at temperatures above +10°C
Use protective gloves and good ventilation
Do not inhale resin fumes
Do not use on load-bearing or heavily loaded elements
