Refund and Return Policy
According to the company’s refund and return policy, the user has the right, without paying compensation or penalty and without giving a reason, to cancel a purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods from the supplier, using the unified cancellation form attached to the present general terms and conditions – Appendix No. 1.
The right of refusal does not apply in the following cases:
- for the delivery of goods made to the order of the user or according to his individual requirements;
- for the delivery of goods which, due to their nature, may deteriorate in quality or have a short shelf life;
- for the delivery of sealed goods that have been unsealed after their delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons;
- for the delivery of goods which, after being delivered and due to their nature, have been mixed with other goods from which they cannot be separated;
When the supplier on the Impas56 platform has not fulfilled its obligations to provide information, defined in the Law on the provision of digital content and digital services and on the sale of goods, the user has the right to withdraw from the concluded contract within a period of up to one year and 14 days, starting from the date of receipt of the goods. When the information is provided to the User within the opt-out period, the same begins to run from the date of its provision. The User has the right to make the opt-out statement under this article directly to the provider through the single contract opt-out form available at Appendix No. 1 to these general conditions.
When the User has exercised his right of withdrawal from the contract at a distance or from the contract off-premises, the supplier shall refund all sums received from the user without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which he was notified of the User’s decision to withdraw from the contract. The Provider refunds the amounts received using the same means of payment used by the User in the initial transaction, unless the User has expressed his express consent to use another means of payment and provided that this is not associated with costs for the User.
- The payment was made through the Paysera system – Online payment by card
refunds automatically to the card from which the payment was made.
- The payment was made through the PayPal system – Online payment, the amount is automatically refunded to the Paypal account from which the payment was made
- Payment was made by postal money order (in cash). Please enter your bank account number to which you wish the amount to be transferred on the opt-out form.
Upon compliance with the right of cancellation, all costs incurred by the user for receiving and returning the purchased goods, bank commissions and other costs beyond the amount of the value of the products from the order remain at his expense.
The user undertakes to store the goods received by the supplier and to ensure the preservation of their quality and safety during the return period. The goods are stored in accordance with the specified requirements of the manufacturer.
Where the supplier on the Impas56 platform has not offered to collect the goods himself, he may withhold payment of the sums to the user until he receives the goods or until the user provides proof that he has sent the goods back, whichever has occurred earlier.
The user undertakes to return the goods in a good commercial condition that allows their subsequent sale, unless the unpacking of the goods leads to an obvious violation of the commercial appearance of the goods, such as, but not limited to, a destructible box, hermetic packaging and other similar cases. In the case of a damaged commercial appearance of the goods, the supplier has the right at its discretion to refuse to accept a withdrawal from the contract or to charge the consumer the cost of restoring the goods to commercial appearance.
Upon acceptance of the goods, in respect of which the right of refusal has been exercised under this article, the supplier shall examine the goods and may refuse to accept them if he finds that the returned goods are different from those delivered to the consumer.
The supplier has the right to refuse the acceptance of the goods if, due to the systemically of making orders and refusing them at short intervals of time and from the same person, doubts arise about his good faith as a user.
In addition to the right of refusal, the User is also entitled to a legal guarantee of 2 years for the conformity of the goods with the contract of sale, guaranteed by the Law on the provision of digital content and digital services and on the sale of goods.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 days.
Late or missing refunds, if you still haven’t received your refund, first double checks your bank account, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted, then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before the refund is posted. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at email@example.com and send your item to: Impas-56 OOD, 1407 Sofia, Bulgaria, 65B Cherni Vrah Blvd or Speedy Office , 67 Cherni Vrah Blvd, Impas-56 OOD.
To return your product, you must mail it to: Impas-56 OOD, 1407 Sofia, Bulgaria, 65B Cherni Vrah Blvd or Speedy Office , 67 Cherni Vrah Blvd, Impas-56 OOD.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
